> The night before your appointment, you will receive a reminder text for your upcoming appointment.

> You will be notified via text or phone call once our engineer is en route, typically 30 minutes before arrival.

> Our engineer will perform the service and complete the benchmark entry in the boiler logbook.

> Your Service Certificate together with an invoice will be sent to you by email.

> Payment can be made either in cash directly to the engineer on the day of service or by card over the phone upon completion.
