How much will it cost?
For our fixed-price one-off boiler repairs service, our prices vary between £88-£399. Our customers typically pay £110 on average for each repair with parts and labour included.
With your one-off boiler and central heating repair, you will receive up to £38 in parts FREE and one hours labour.
Should your repair require more time or parts in excess of £38, we will always provide you with a competitive fixed price quotation prior to carrying out additional works.
For any additional quotes, we will quote you £50 per hour labour, plus the cost of any parts.
We work with full transparency and will never pass you any surprise or unexpected bills.

How long will it take for my repair?
Of course this can depend on the issue at hand. A simple issue could be fixed within the hour, where as a more complex problem may require additional parts to be ordered which will increase the time, and number of visits, required. On our initial visit, we will diagnose the boiler fault and endeavour to get your central heating system working there and then. If we require additional time or your boiler requires new parts, you will receive a fixed price quote from us before any further work is carried out.

What if you can't get my boiler back up and running?
If we can't fix the problem with your boiler, our engineer will let you know straight away and advise you what your options are

What if I already have a ProCare Plan?
If you already have a boiler cover plan with us which covers boiler or heating repairs then you will not need to pay our for our fixed-price one-off repair. Just book your appointment and we'll get you an engineer out for free.

What if you fix my boiler and it breaks down again?
If our engineer repairs your boiler, and then it breaks down again within our 12 month guarantee period. We will return to fix any issues related to our previous visit free of charge. If the issue is unrelated then our engineer will go through your options straight away.

Are parts included with my repair?
Yes, we will cover any parts with a value up to £38. If your parts exceeds this price, we will contribute £38 towards them for you.
